Each Leadership Quote evokes deep meaning and a special signature of energy. We lead in a better way when we know our energy from these principles. A Core Energy CoachTM brings this out in their work with clients.
There are no "mistakes," only different varieties of ways to expereince life and remeber more of who we are. We make choices based on our past, our belief systems, our values, and perhaps even the collective consciousness that's ingrained in our DNA. We always choose what we believe is the best possible choice in any given situtation. Instead of directing energy toward the past by beating ourselves up over 'mistakes,' relax in knowing that no one ever "makes" a mistake.
How do you choose to react to your choices?
We often set goals (e.g. to finish school, to release a new product, to have a child) and they are motivating factors; but to 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, in present time, means not to measure success by the realization of that goal, but to 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨. 𝘈𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. In fact, one might say the most enlightened goal could be to enjoy the process of life. It requires a strong discipline to achieve those goals while enjoying the process. And remember... the pain of discipline is better than the pain of regret. Embrace the discipline and enjoy the process of reaching those goals. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨?

Detached involvement is one of the most challenging of all possible human experiences. It requires us to fully empathize with and be emotionally engaged with our business and our employees experiences without 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 a part of the "story," "problem," or "drama."
It means being a participant and observer, absolutely passionate about our business and life, while being completely non-judgmental about the outcomes at the same time. We expect good while not attaching our individual energy to the actual outcome - meaning we must eliminate worry about the outcome from our mindset and see any outcome as an opportunity and an outgrowth of our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
We have an expanded awareness and consciousness when we have an absolute passion for our business. We know what's true and how to strategically execute to reach our business goals with passion.
That passionate energy is contagious so naturally our customers, our employees will follow that lead and be inspired to achieve those goals in their unique way!
It's hard not to judge, plain and simple.
We do it every day. But sometimes it gets the best of us.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝑾𝑯𝒀..
When we walk in our employees shoes we may find some surprising reasons why they act a certain way or say the things they do. Quite often a sense of compassion or empathetic understanding keeps our emotions in check. We may not like what they have done but keeping our energy more elevated from plunging into anger makes a better leader.
Remembering our ideal state is perfect, regardless of what we think, say, or do, releases self-condemnation and frees us to really live. As a coach or mentor, do we truly love ourselves and our clients unconditionally? As a business manager, how about our employees?
Each of us as leaders in business should not be afraid to let our light shine since we know we can be a beacon for others to embrace.
Remember that the term perfection is unique unto itself.
Relax -- you're already perfect!
Just what exactly is the answer we seek?
A high conscious person does not enter into any relationship thinking the they have the answers for the other person. This idea puts the power of the relationship in the wrong hands.

As a coach, we may think outside the box to help find solutions. Yet more importantly, we help create the unencumbered space whereby the client goes within to find solutions. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒎 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍. We help tease it out.
As a consultant, we may bring strategy, best practices, methodology and resources to help guide a business owner or leader in directions they want to go.
Ultimately, we know that it's just a matter of time, wording, and energy until the answer is revealed for any question or challenge.

It's empowering to realize that we are all living in a constant state of flux and that this tends to be pretty normal to life. We are immersed in it. Here's the thing... realizing that we are always in change helps us to accept the process in which we are involved, instead of trying to control that which we cannot.
When we understand the only constant is change in our business, we can let go of the need for absolute control and allow life to flow a little more. We become more ready to adapt. Adapt to changing markets, adapt to inflation, adapt to resignations, etc.
My job is to help people realize that we always have a choice in how to experience change. It's not to stop change, it's how to experience and deal with it. I requires having an elevated energy level where we become less and less phased by change and become super-skilled at sensing, absorbing, and then pivoting because of the change.
A business owner or executive has the opportunity to establish a relationship with employees. Great leaders have the ability to see, sense, and/or know that their employee as a powerful, resourceful, and wonderfully gifted being.
They don't simply accept an employee's limitation, be it physical, intellectual, or emotional. A leader knows that employees have unique gifts to share and that regardless of how employees see themselves, they are greater than they can possibly imagine.
A great leader helps them see what they do have and creates a climate directly or indirectly that pulls those better qualities out boosting productivity and cohesiveness.
A challenge can bring out the best in people by helping them grow. As a leader looking to inspire employees, help them face their challenges, move out of their comfort zones, and break through whatever is holding them back from attaining what it is they really want.
An executive chapions their team; supporting them to reach new goals -- especially stretch goals. Sometimes those new goals are only reached by stepping on top of the blocks created by discomfort and pain.
Just know that when we do not face challenges they are kept alive and powerful.
Stumbling blocks or stepping stones?
Each of us has his or her own "Higher Coach," that inner instinctual voice that, when listened to, guides with wisdom and empowers us with unlimited potential.
When we realize that aligning ourselves with our greatest power and potential allows us to know that the answers to our challenges and questions are always within our grasp.
More importantly, when you connect with your Highger Coach, your Higher Self, you connect with the best and truest part of who you really are.
To call something a "problem" is to create a disempowering judgment. From another perspective, those same circumstances are as opportunities for increasing potential on this amazing jounrey we call life. It's all how we choose to experience circumstances. Without the opportunities in life to grow and find fulfillment, it is said by the wise ones that there would be no purpose to life.
What's your purpose in business and life?
Don't truly know?
When people open up to the mysteries available in life, they become empowered to experience all there is.
Instead of trying to control events and create what must or should happen, it is far more enjoyable to experience the excitement of not knowing what "might" happen.
In our business, that's quite hard to do. We have all of these responsibilities.
Yet, as an observer, there is no need to try and control anything.
We actually can be 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝.
Without expectations, there cannot be disappointments. The shift in mindset creates an air of curiosity.
Ironically, once you give up the need to control, you gain ultimate control through self-mastery.

Taking the short view of life creates a feeling of purposelessness and victimization. The long view holds the truth -- that there is an underlying pattern and connection to all things that occur and exist. The pattern of life or in business can usually be seen in retrospect. A coach helps the client have faith to at least accept the possibility that there is a grand overall design at work. That there are always consequences for each thought, emotion and action we take.
Ultimately, we not only participate in the design but also are one with the designer of the universe. Seeing, feeling, knowing, and sensing the truth about this glorious process we call life frees us from separation and enables us to realize our true creative potential, individually for ourselves and collectively for our business.
We attract people into our live for a reason, for a season, or for a lifetime, but always for a growing and learning experience. The coach, and especially business coaches, enters into every relationship knowing that they will learn as much from the other person as the other way around. In business and in leadership we take no one for granted. As everyone who comes into our lives, including our customers and clients, always offer us something very important to aid in our journeys.
We build community when we have the exchange of information and it is much more powerful a community when we are mutually able to relate to the other person.
Research conducted regarding the principles of quantum physics demonstrates that the world we experience is a creation of our perceptions. We simply attract and then see what it is we expect to see. Certain leading scientific experiments and research indicate that we actually create what we expect to happen. We create our world through interpretations of reality that we make. To create a more enjoyable life experience, one can focus on discovering natural inner peace and joy rather than attempting to control outer events and circumstances to find those qualities.
When we want to grow our business, we need to expect and perceive that our business is growing. Waiting and worrying about our growth only creates further separation from the ideal we actually desire.
No two people experience the world in the same way. Everyone experiences life through the "filter" of his or her personal history. The interesting thing about belief systems is if they are not serving you in a favorable way, they can be changed to ones that are more in alignment with your values. Many personal "dilemmas" that business leaders present to coaches can be addressed by helping the leaders change the beliefs that created his or her reality.
Where science stops, faith continues.
It is wonderful to be able to figure out what the meaning of one’s life events is, but even more empowering not to have to know.
Having to know is a quality of the ego. Trusting life is a powerful asset.
Helping your employee to have faith in the business process is a sometimes challenging task, but when achieved, always is a rewarding experience.
In order to recognize true power within us, we have to quiet our minds, and center ourselves to connect to a sense of Oneness.
The illusion of separation is what keeps humankind unhappy.
Once we break through and recognize our connection to everything and everyone, we are no longer in competition, no longer feel conflict, and no longer feel alone.
The connection to others is deeper than we can imagine.
Regardless of what our physical senses tell us, we are all One.
There is nobody here but us.
If you felt this and knew this, how would you treat your employees?
