Not only are people today looking for personal growth but they are also looking for spiritual growth.
Consider yourself a part of the increasing trend.
You can almost feel the global quest to find coaching for personal and spiritual growth.
In fact, just so you know you aren’t alone, over 82% of the world considers themselves spiritual.1
There is such a strong desire for spiritual meaning in life with 30% who are not religious but still consider themselves spiritual. And it grows every year.
And another stunning number….
The U.S. personal development and self-improvement market surpassed $10B in 2019.2
Clearly, there is huge demand for personal and spiritual growth.
These words refer to the process of improving one’s personal habits, behaviors, actions and reactions.
People have tendencies that become habits, that then become temperaments, that then become part of their personality.
They might have tendencies to be lazy or procrastinate. Or they may always anticipate the worst outcome.
More commonly they are prone to anger and complaint.
They can easily get triggered.
So, it makes sense then that these people want to change for the better. When they change these habits or behaviors or actions into something better, they are engaged in personal growth.

The most essential element to achieving personal growth is having the right kind of outlook or attitude.
That’s were our personal energy comes into play.
Our personal energy is composed of the thoughts we think, plus the emotions attached to the those thoughts and then the associated behaviors or actions we take because of those thoughts.
Energy
· Thoughts
· Emotions
· Actions/Behaviors
In order to make change and have personal growth, we need an uplifting energy or attitude.
If we think the thought that we aren’t disciplined enough and then feel a sense of doubt, our corresponding action might be procrastinating starting a personal growth program, then personal growth just won’t happen.
Instead, if we think it is important to improve our communication skills and feel the emotion of responsibility, then we are more likely to initiate the action of starting a communication improvement program.
It’s a higher form of personal energy.
The key to success with any personal growth program is having an energy that motivates and inspires completion of the program.
Personal growth is essential to help improve one’s personal life.
There is also another aspect that many people overlook.
They want more meaning and purpose in their life.
They want life to be a deeper and a richer experience.
They are tired of showing up day-in and day-out doing the same thing and not having much personal fulfillment. Their physical, 3-D world provides less and less interest and gradually becomes uninspiring.
What they really want is spiritual growth.
Life is full of hidden meaning and when we catch glimpses of that hidden meaning we are awakening an inner capability to see beyond the physical world.
It can be as simple as feeling the power and love when someone gives you a heartfelt hug.
We might feel their arms and we can see them up close and maybe even smell the shampoo in their hair.
But that’s the physical world.
When we sense their heartfelt expression, we turn that into our own feelings at a much deeper level. That’s a form of spiritual expression.
So, when we search and find more of those experiences from our external experience or even better, from our internal experience, we are growing spiritually.
These richer experiences are food for our soul.
The more spiritual growth we have, the higher a frequency we have. We are literally raising our energy.
Feeling spiritually connected is the key.
The objective of spiritual growth is to help you embody your spiritual soul and higher self.
Let’s face it, many people feel overwhelmed by the shear numbers of books, courses, and programs for personal or spiritual growth. Amazon lists over 417,000 personal growth books alone.
When you have so many books and programs, it takes a lot of time to research and find the books or programs you need for your situation.
If you don’t have a lot of time and want to cut straight to the chase, then having a person analyze just what you need and be a guide for your personal growth is much more efficient and effectual.
That person is typically a certified coach who has gone through the rigors of extensive training to become an expert in their field of personal growth.
Take Dave…
He knew he needed personal improvement in his life and wanted to have deeper meaning.
He wanted to be a better husband, have a better relationship with his business partner and he was tired of starting projects and not finishing them.
He searched and bought many personal growth books. Like a lot! 27 to be exact.
He would read the cover and figure it was just right for him, buy it; only to find that he stopped after reading 82 pages because there was so much that he had to implement.
He got frustrated trying to remember it all.
Having a coach for personal development that could assess and determine which areas of his life were the most important gave him the confidence to move towards goals he knew would benefit him the most.
The coach was able to hold him accountable to achieving those goals in a much shorter time.
Improving personal skills can really help with improving relationships and being more productive, the cornerstone for personal growth.
Most people searching for improvement in life also want spiritual growth and aren’t content with just personal growth.
They want to be and feel connected to something larger than themselves.
They want more joy, passion, empathy, purpose, and contentment.
They want more calmness, happiness, delight, bliss, and enthusiasm for all experiences.
These qualities or energy are spiritual in nature.
It follows that the more we have these qualities and experience these energies on our life the more we have spiritual growth.
The problem that often arises is not knowing what areas of spiritual growth are most needed.
Most people can sense they want more spiritual growth but they just don’t know where to start and which will help them grow the most.
That’s why having a spiritual growth coach to explore the inner depths and find the gaps that could be filled with the best spiritual practices for that particular person is life changing.
Combing personal and spiritual growth can drastically accelerate personal improvement and life impact.
And having a personal and spiritual growth coach will efficiently and wisely get you on an accelerated path and journey.
They erase the distractions, procrastination, doubt, and uncertainty of so many people who have stagnated and failed by doing their own self-help journey.
We could all ask Siri or Alexa but honestly, that’s just not good enough! lol
Finding a personal and spiritual growth coach requires a little more homework and effort.
It’s your life and you want to invest some quality time to find the coach that resonates with you the most.
Here’s a list and process that works well for most people.
You are ready, you want to make a change for the better and now have an idea for where to go next.
I will say it again, the most important aspect to finding coaching for personal and spiritual growth is resonance.
Do you resonate with that coach, their programs and their one-on-one coaching style?
If you do, invest in yourself and say “yes!”
